Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange a piece, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. All pieces must be in original, new condition and in original packaging to be considered (jewelry must be unworn), and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Sawyer Home Collection LLC + Audrey Laine are not responsible for return shipping, nor are we responsible for returned work that has not been previously approved.
Return processing takes up to 7-10 business days from receipt of return! Return shipping should be prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Ship via USPS to Sawyer Home Collection LLC, PO Box 1614, Lake Junaluska, NC 28745.
